Does anyone have any favourite Spanish recipes to add to our collection?

I don't have a recipe to share but a recipe request instead. When I was living in Madrid in 2004 my host family made lots of yummy soups with garbanzo beans. My favorite was light, I only remember garbanzo beans and spinach. Any ideas?

I love paella but have never tried to make it. I did have some recently at a Spanish restaurant but it didn't taste the way I remember it from Spain.

If anyone has an authentic paella recipe, I'd love to have it.

I have always wanted to try making Paella so I could add the things I like myself.

I watched a Martha Stewart show where she had this HUGE paella pan, it was so big you could have cooked people in it. She had all the employees of her New York office to her place and had a HUGE pan of Paella. It looked so good.

Good idea! I went to Martha Stewart living and typed in paella recipe and she had about 3 different ones. Probably the one for 45 was the one you mentioned.

Paella is a simple and easy one-pot dish, it looks great on the cooker and on the table.
Here's an easy paella recipe

Choose a non-stick paella rice (easily available in Spain) and you can't go wrong.
