Aside from the big one RWA holds every year, that is. <g>
My favorite is NJRW's in the fall. They're close to NYC, so usually get a fabulous group of editors and agents there, plus the speakers are always great.
I've also heard good things about the New England RWA chapter's spring conference, though I haven't made it there yet.
