Have you tried alternative/complementary-healing approaches? If so, what do you feel has worked for you? smile

I have used acupuncture and so has my daughter for a variety of things. I also tried the foot detox bath recently and felt much lighter.

I usually use an alternative/natural remedy when at all possible and I'm very healthy, take no drugs at all and feel great!

Sorry, I haven't been able to get onto these forums for several days. Hopefull the problem is fixed.

Here is a page on my website which tells about a foot detox bath.

I firmly believe in alternative medicine. I do not like doctors at all. Or drugs. In fact, don't take any. LOL

I have a friend who is studying to be a massage therapist. I have a fairly severe spinal curvature due to inherited scoliosis, a 55 degree curvature, and I let her work on my back not long ago. She did such a good job, I've decided to go to her once a month for a therapeutic treatment. So that's one alternative therapy I use.

I also use a variety of herbal concoctions for winter colds and bronchitis, and drink a cup of white tea and a cup of green tea every day for the antioxidants. I also take a sleeping help tea for night time and sleep soundly.

I, too, drink lots of white and green tea for health. I think if you keep your immune system healthy, you won't get colds, flu and other germy things.

I like your jewelry collectibles site, Maureen. Do you design and make any of it? Very pretty things.

Chiropractic and massage therapy for me. So many issues seem directly related to the spine and fascia. A lot of healing, physical and emotional can take place with these modalities.

I also will see a naturopathic physician (when I have the funds) to keep up with my bloodwork and feminine tests.

Then theres my supplements and vitamins I take everyday!

I'm going to a chiropractor now for back pain and it's helping tremendously. Luckily my regular doctor is an osteopath who can do spinal manipulations.
