T - TOFU - tofu is a highly nutritious, protein rich food made from the milk of soybeans. Great for menopause, omega 3 oils for the heart, selenium for anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory, and rich in minerals (iron, copper, manganese) for energy and antioxidants (High-protein, low calorie)

C - CELERY - crunchy, high in vitamins K and C; it is a great snack with peanut butter or cheese and is known to lower cholesterol and work to help blood flow.

T - TOFU (Trish), next letter would be U

U--Uva Ursi Tea (Bearberry)a cup of this tea aids in relieving Urinary Tract pain.

C CELERY-(Trish), next letter would be D

D--Dates are rich in natural fibers, several vitamins and minerals.

V - Venison is high in protein and iron but low in saturated fat and has B vitamins for better energy and cardiovascular health.

E - eggs boost brain and heart health, improve cholesterol, prevents blood clots, prevents macular degeneration and cataracts. MOST importantly, eggs have CHOLINE which is essential to build fat substances in brain health and build neurotrasmittors between nerves and muscles. AS WE AGE, this is extremely essential! Eggs are a low cost and high protein food.
