It's not cell phones; that "theory" is unsubstantiated.

I think that the issue is beyond only our survival. We must see that every specie survives.

Hello from Arizona~ Around here, when I hear no bees I am happy (based on the sting factor).

But I have to agree with those who think we can NOT let the bees down.

I am a young conservative thinker - I save my butter containers, I save rubber bands etc... just like my grandmother.

I think we should do the same for *everything*. I learned a long time ago that people/earth react like
dominoes(<--spelling?)(Ex. do you know anyone who did not speak/read/hear/see one word about Paris Hilton? - One person's action affected millions.) Imagine if all the honey was gone. Imagine if the "pollunaters" were gone - what other plants/food would be gone as a result? You know...asprin comes from tree bark...what if bees were responsible for something that monumental?

Anyway - when someone solves the bee mystery, I will do what I can to help them out.

Cell phones? pfft. Cell phones don't emit any kind of ionised radiation. Everything that comes out of a cell phone already exists in much greater proportion in nature. This sort of thing has happened many times before. It hasn't been recorded on this scale likely because nobody had the knowledge to notice or the communication to record all instances. I don't know whether or not it's problematic, and certainly research should be done into it. However, cell phones certainly aren't the cause.
