I am looking for clues to be happy.
Can anybody give me tips that I can understand and implement?
I am looking for practical tips and not long conversations.
Can anybody help me/

Every time you catch yourself happy or pleasantly at peace... make note of it. Write it down if you can, what brought it on. Learn what makes you happy. Make note, also, what you are thinking when you feel pain.
Do more of the things that make you happy.
Do less of the things that bring you to sadness and pain.

Like- Watch children playing. etc.

hhmm,cdmohatta, ok i'll tell you what i know. what i'm going to do is ask you some questions and they will be honest questions. what i need from you are honest answers. if you can't or don't want to answer here, put me on your IM and we'll have our discussion there. 1st question:how old are you?? 2nd question: where do you live(what country)?? 3rd question: do you suffer from depression?? when you answer thes questions, i can better advise you.
