Hi Anna, thanks for the response. I am in the thick of it here with my training and between this and trying to get my garden transplants in, and juggling routines, I am trying hard not to have a melt down!!! Anyway in answer to your question about what areas of Canadian Culture am I interested in and hope to cover?
Being an artist, musician, Youth Care Worker and bonafied horse nut I am obviously involved with and passionate about all these things. More specifically I am keen on anything creative and hope to explore books, music, art and artists. I love animals especially the Canadian horse. As a Youth Care Worker working with troubled teens and youth at risk I have a passion for this and know all too well the urgent need for resources for these kids. I believe anything creative, can be very beneficial to troubled kids, as animals can be. That said I hope to look explore all of these areas through various means and reflect them in my writing and hopefully will also get lots of input from others on these subjects within Canada and from other parts of the world. It's all about learning from one another, and there is lots to learn!
