Ok to start off with let's bring this forum to life with a game or two!
Photography Alphabet Game!
How about this one to start off with, lets work through every letter of the alphabet! Post up in order of the alphabet, a word starting with that letter and of course, relating to photography!

Great answer to the letter C, sean009! Yes, that moment when you press the button to take a picture is traditionally associated with that "click" sound! Now, there's plenty of great photography words beginning with the letter D, let's see who chimes in first!

Perfect, skyhaven! Another great answer! I've written a brief history on why the darkroom was given that very name, and you can take a look at it here at the Photogaphy site. Now I think the letter E is a little bit trickier, but there are some good answers out there, so let's see what you can come up with, I'm very interested to see what comes next!...

QVGA - a term used to refer to an object (display or image) sized 320x240 pixels. Source: 320x240 images are exactly one quarter the size of a standard 640x480 VGA screen. "Videos" taken by early digital cameras took their movies in this QVGA resolution. Personally, I called these movies postage stamp sized pictures. (Yes, this was a toughie)

Congratulations everyone we did it! YAY!Thank you for all your contributions, well done everyone! I really enjoyed seeing what answers would come up next and Zoom is a great one to end on too Nicola Jane! I enjoyed this game so much now how about we give our brains some more exercise and work right back through to A?! I'll kick us off... here we go!

Zenit A Russian camera manufacturer and the first manual camera SLR I ever owned! ( the Zenit TTL, and my goodness it�s pretty heavy! I still use it quite a bit though ) Now can anyone think of another photography word beginning with Y? (remember, no duplicates of our previous answers though!)

Ok it's been a while and these last letters of the alphabet are quite difficult too! To help us work back up the beginning of the alphabet, here's an answer for Y... (...and another camera manufacturer too!)
Yashica Camera
Yashica was a Japanese manufacturer of cameras. Yashica started in 1949 and cameras were still being produced with the Yashica name until 2005.
Let's keep going everyone! Working back up the alphabet, now for the letter X...
