Whenever you perform repetitive desk or computer work or overhead lifting, it is critically important to strengthen the shoulder rotators. Check out this week's newsletter for a great exercise for the external rotators. Make sure to keep the upper shoulder (Upper Trapezius) relaxed when performing these exercises.

Shoulder circles are also a great way to take a quick break and release some tension in the shoulders.
