At what age should one begin self examination for breast cancer?

The earlier the better. Look at Kylie Minogue. She is in her 30's.

I was 34 now and i have breast cancer... Did the chemo and had sugeries and alot more... I have had my daughter doing self exams since she has had her breasts and she is now 16 years old. The better you know your breasts the better. Then if there is a difference you will know. I get her to do it twice a month because ur breasts change during you periods.. I would say do them from the hop of getting breasts. I hope this helps. Take Care...(L)

You should have a cervial exam every time yor at the Drs for your Pap smear. If not ask them for one yearly ok .. Take Care Pam...
