I'm trying to get in the habit, of first thing in the morning, thinking of at least three things that i'm looking forward to in the day. I'm finding it helps me to be a happier person.

Today i'm looking forward to:

1. Seeing the movie tonight, The 300, with a friend of mine.

2. This afternoon going to meet friends to knit.

3. Having a REALLY GOOD cup of coffee!!! laugh

What are you looking forward to today?

Well....
I personally happen to think that the fact that I open my eyes and rise from my bed is an opportunity to meet the day's rewards and challenges with an open and loving heart.

I am looking forward to all opportunities to bring a smile to the faces of others.

i am looking forward to all personal challenges with the intention of practising Mindfulness, and Awareness of my thoughts, words and deeds.

I am looking forward to actually being able to meet Hollyelise face to face and hugging her so hard she gets cramp..... smile

Right now I'm looking forward to a nice hot shower before bed. Tomorrow, I'm looking forward to 4:30 pm when I'm finished work for the day!

1. knitting on my new project (a tank top for summer)

2. redoing the end of a knit for a friend of mine... it's one that she made last year but it's been sitting since last year because it doesn't fit right and i can fix it for her so she can finally wear it! laugh
