I'm trying to get in the habit, of first thing in the morning, thinking of at least three things that i'm looking forward to in the day. I'm finding it helps me to be a happier person.
Today i'm looking forward to:
1. Seeing the movie tonight, The 300, with a friend of mine.
2. This afternoon going to meet friends to knit.
3. Having a REALLY GOOD cup of coffee!!!
