"If" this had been posted by someone other than a lawyer (specious creatures at best...) and "if" the comments regarding the chemical additives had been accurate (there's a bit of difference between a chemical component of Canola and a derivative of butane), then I might give the blogger some credit.
I agree they're fatty, fried, cholesterol laden, artery clogging and for those reasons alone not good for a person in large doses. Its doubtful that the occasional indulgence will have an impact--or any more of an impact than mercury contamination from tuna eaten on an infrequent basis.
