I am getting my application for a business license. I want to sell my Soap and Bath items at an upcomming Mothers Day craft Fair. I need to have a tax license. Is it in the wholesale-retail licenses or what? I have read articles on it, but they are not clear to me. And I do want to be able to buy wholesale. My plan is to sell online and at craft fairs. Please help! I don't know how long this takes to go threw. Also a lady told me the products must be okayed by a health dept? I never read anyhting on that.How many Licenes do I actually need to start a small homebased Soap craft business?

Thank you so much for your help!I did apply today for a licene.They are going to call me and come to the house to inspect for anything hazardous? Attack dogs were also mentioned on the application.I have none of these.So I will see what they say I guess. Again your help was appreciated, and I will check on the sales tax wich you need at craft fairs etc.
