My husband and I are trying to rent out our house. Thus far, no such luck. So, I would like to design a spell that would attract good people to rent the house. I've been Googling to get some ideas, but I haven't turned up anything that really fits as of yet... I'm not really worried about words. I can come up with that type of stuff on my own. So, any ideas on herbal, crystal, or other correspondences? The only things obvious are money related things, but we don't just want anyone in there so that our mortgage can be paid. It's a little deeper than that.

this is a tough one.. I woudl say look for things that promote peace & harmony, good communication, protection, success, good relationships etc

You might also work for things like ... stability (to bring a steady long-term renter), honesty, trust, etc. Think of the qualities you would want in a renter. I think you're really on the right track! Good luck!

Just wanted you guys to know that I had some success with your ideas. I got a call from the management company Friday afternoon, and some people put a deposit down that day. I performed the spell on Sunday...

Thanks! I haven't really worked too many spells as of yet, so I'm glad that I've been getting some success during my learning stages.
