Thats what the doc said.All the severe fatigue and pain i have had for all these yrs are due to the depression they say.

That may be very true. Depression causes all sorts of problems. next time you feel depressed, pray to your Gurudeva- Saibaba or Baba. You will get peace.

i am now on homeo and allopathic meds and they r helpn.above all these responses to my post helped me tremendously.i dono how...

I am so much better now.But I have no idea how to control my anxiety.It can be the smallest of reasons.for instance-
My son sees tv for 3hrs morn,afternoon,night.Only for gettn him to eat food.Then i read that 3hrs is too much and i now am worried he has been seeing tv for 3hrs and am to blame.
he is 2.8yrs old.
i worry abt it the whole time.will it have affected him etc etc....
i lack confidence even now.i am not confiedent abt anythn.to feel confident i need to tell my self over and over again that i am capable.

Slowly it will allgo away. walk on the path. Your past karma makes you so anxious. With Guru's blessings they will slowly be nullified. Have faith.

You should seed "real" professional help before you destroy both you and your son. At least do it for his sake.
