Hi Conniem,
Thanks for telling me about Miss. P. She is adorable looking wet bird. <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> Isn't it nice that they love to have baths. I have always taken Maggie in the shower everyday with me, except she likes sometimes to attack the shower curtins. She thinks that is pretty neat. Now I have started taken in Joey too, he thinks it's pretty neat. I started of by spraying now we have graduated to the shower.

Thanks for the compliments Dawn! They are pretty birds. I don't know what the proper name is for that "perch" but I understand it's made from dead cactus. At first they wouldn't go near it but I had fun sticking bits of food in the holes and they couldn't resist checking it out then! Now it's a favourite place to climb and chew.

Like I mentioned, my birds have them in various foot toy chews, they call them Cholla. They love them, but I have not seen them in a perch. I guess birds just have to get used to different things. That was a good way though, spaghetti would be a good one string it through. Messy and sticky. But the birds love it.
