I have a serious addiction to sugar -- I crave it! I have found that the less I eat it, the less I want it -- but it's really hard to stay away from it in the first place. But I'm learning moderation is the key....does anyone out there enjoy sweets in moderation, without binging (or completely denying yourself)?
