I saw a bumper sticker this morning that truly says a lot about the current state of politics in the world today:
"Don't act stupid! We have world leaders for that."

Jim.... I'm sorry, but given the concensus of opinion, don't you think it might be time to quit while you're behind....?
I think it's an incredible measure of public feeling that just showed exactly how the American people voted. And as someone said, this wasn't necessarily a vote FOR the Democrats, more one AGAINST the Republicans - !
Even Bush admitted they had completely mis-read the situation.

When Bush quits, I will quit. But that is not going to happen. Bush has already warned al Qaeda that this shift in Congress is a sign of America's strength and no sign of weakness.

Which is not a denial of anything I said about Bush. However, I'll say that if there is any justice in the US, he will NOT serve out his term of office. The only thing protecting him from impeachment is what has been protecting him all along, the amount that Cheney is hated.

And I'll say one more time. Bush has never really been our President, just our "resident". Both of his "elections" were stolen. Most of the US believes it now in surveys, and the rest of the world knows it based on the evidence.
History books will tell the story.
