It's October 26th and my daughters are still playing softball! That's unusual because we live near Seattle and it's usually raining by now, but we've had a great fall. The games they are playing are just for practice at this time of year, although there was a tournament last week. That may be it until spring. The games are mostly scrimmages with other teams who want to play - very informal. And of course, it's soccer season, and both of my girls play that too. My oldest daughter is playing basketball as well; and of course she has to still practice pitching. Last year at this time, she was playing basketball for her school too. That was way too much, so she cut back a little!
