i had a miscarriage 6 weeks ago this sunday. And still no period. I think my lost children everday. (not twins). Ihad a miscarriage back in july 06 too and another back in 2001. All i want is some type of normalcy to return back in my life. And i've a neg preg test. Hubby and i have been so careful bc im so scared to have another miscarriage. But i would like to know is normal to have no period within 6 weeks after a miscarriage

Yes and no, depends on your body, I didn't get mine again for another 2 months.

I think its from your body struggleing to remember there is no child.
