This is an easy hot soup that you can "pepper up" as much or as little as you want and it's sooooo good for cold days. It's really popular here in SW Oklahoma. Hope you enjoy it.

Santa Fe Soup

1 lb. Hamburger meat (browned with 1/2 to 1 onion)

Add to meat: 1 can ranch style beans, 1 can whole
kernel corn, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can Ro-Tel
tomatoes, 1 lb. Mexican cheese.

Salt & Pepper to taste. Simmer about 45 min.
