[color:"blue"] Anyone here have endometriosis with a tipped uterus? What kind of pain does it cause for you? Any? It is a source of your infertility? Anyone have their doctor try an uplift procedure? How about larascopie? I would love to know, thanks!

i have endo, but my uterus is where it's supposed to be. have you had a laparoscopy to see if it's tipped from adhesions? often endometriosis can cause scar tissue and adhesions that look like cobwebs and bind organs together. they can pull your uterus and ovaries into different positions. i'm one of the lucky ones with no adhesions even after a few surgeries (surgery can cause adhesions too).

i don't know if a tipped uterus would affect fertility though. a lot of women have them.

good luck.

[color:"blue"] I haven't had the laser surgery done yet. I'm thinking possibly next year. I was just diagnosed with a tipped uterus recently. I wasn't seeing a specialist. I will (hopefully) next year.

I am sorry to hear about your endo diagnosis. There are good treatments for endo and depending upon how severe your endo is it may not impact your fertility. I might suggest that you seek a second opinion as I am surprised this doctor sited a 'tipped' uterus as a problem. A tipped uterus is certainly not a cause of infertility. Most women have a uterus tipped towards the front but some have a uterus tipped towards the back... kind of like being right or left handed. It certainly is not a cause for concern. The fact that this doctor cited the tipped uterus as a fertility condition would be cause enough for me to seek a second opinion from someone else.
