Interested to hear people's views on this case. I don't know whether she is guilty or not but it does seem funny that the security cameras at the airport were not working that day. If she is guilty I would still like to see her come back to Australia to serve her sentence.

I was in Australia last year when the Shapelle case was all over the news. I'm not sure who to believe... it seemed so unlikely that she was a smuggler. But who knows.. I had not heard that the cameras were not working, thats a strange twist to the tale.

Can someone update me with the case - is she still in Jail?

Of course she is still in jail - she recieved 20 years.

The person that masterminded the 2002 bombings in 2002 and killed almost 200 people including 88 Austalians is now out of jail.

their system is corrupt and so are they.

May I also Add that Shappelle is not interested in any prisoner transfer deal.When she comes back to Australia it will be as a free woman.She has so much courage and I for admire her spirit and detirmination to clear her name.

I personally think that she was used - and sadly the main suspect in using her is possibly her brother.

That said, it is also possible that the customs people in Bali also used her as a scapegoat. Too much evidence gone missing, too many coincidences.

Schapelle has great courage and pride. In spite of everything, she is a credit to Australia.
