i am learning turns,spotting,though the problem i have is that after 3 or 4 i feel seriously sick,to the point that i have to sit.
I will just have to do less,less being more ...he he he


anyone else remember feeling like this?or share simular experiance?

Hmmm... first off, what kind of turns? You've got 2-count turns, 3-count turns, barrel turns, character turns, paddle turns etc. And in which direction? I find one direction easier than the other. Are you dizzy at all when not turning? If you're not learning to spot properly, that might be it, but if you are spotting correctly, you might want to get your ears checked out. I have tinnitus, which doesn't affect my balance per se, but certainly doesn't help. I also have very small tubes, and am prone to vertigo. It's just an imblance in the inner ear, and meds clear it up within a week.

I seem to be getting better at it.I turned lots last night and i was okies iother than a little stumble.

I find the faster i go,the easier it is,does that make sense?

Yes it does! I find my eyes try to focus on something too much when I'm spinning slowly, if it's all a blur it seems easier! LOL
