They tasted like heaven- veal cutlets stuffed with ground prosciutto, bread crumbs, herbs and chicken breast, Rolled up and tied like bracciole, browned and cooked in a saffron flavored white wine sauce and chicken stock to make their own gravy. I've never seen them in a cookbook or anywhere but mom's kitchen and the recipe was lost. Anyone know anything or should I just experiment? [color:"blue"] [/color]
