Meditation is the way to ease stress.

Stress is the lack of Energy within us to handle the situation. That is why we feel frustrated, tensed and restless. It leads to mental disorders and later to physical problems like indigesion, stomach ache, b.p, sugar complaint ets.
To come out of the stressful life, srtained relationships, we have to increase our Core Energy levels.
Meditation is the way to increase our Core Energy levels and to lead a meanigful life with greater understandings.
