Did you all hear this?
Jacqueline Williams, age 41 of Flint Michigan had an electricity bill of $1,662.08.
She paid every bit of it EXCEPT for 1 cent.
Guess What? They shut it off.
It took her 7 hrs. to get it back on, after she gave them their 1 cent
and I wonder IF they hit her with a reconnection fee?
Now, that's a True Crime...
