For those of us who have lost our mothers, I wanted to reach out and ask how everyone is doing and invite you to share about your mother as we see Mother's Day upon us.

I would also like to invite those of you out there who are mothers yourselves, and will be facing this Mother's Day without your child to open up and share your pain.

Mother's Day can really take on a new batch of meanings when your mother has died or you have lost your own child. It is important for us all to know that we are not alone.

Today, (the day before Mom's Day) is the 10 year anniversary of seeing my son alive for the last time. The memories bite at my heart, it seems the days leading up to an anniversary are worse than the actual date itself. I have loss a 7 yr. old little girl in 2000 .and mothers day is the worst day for me to go through altho this year is a little easier than the past 5 yrs. on me there's a place in my heart that will always feel that void from the loss, but god's grace is sufficient he'll give all you mother's the strength to go through. and some sweet day i'll be reunited with her <img src="/images/graemlins/lovers.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/lovers.gif" alt="" />

I am so sory for your loss. I hope this year has been a little less difficult on Mother's Day.
