Hi everyone, my name is Holly and I am new to this post. I recently had a miscarriage 3 months ago today. I was 17 weeks but the baby had passed at 14 weeks <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />. My husband and I are wanting to try in the next couple of months and we are scared. This was our 1st pregnancy and miscarriage. Are there any of you who lost their first pregnancies, but then went on to have a healthy baby the next time? Well I just wanted to introduce myself. I hope to hear from some of you soon.

Holly*

Hi there, I know how you feel. I have had three miscarriages (at 12 weeks, 16 weeks, and 10 weeks) I also have two beautiful children a dd who is 3 years old and a ds who is 4 1/2 months old. I am part of a pregnancy after miscarriage group that is absolutley wonderful. If you are interested, email me.

Miscarriages are a very difficult thing to deal with but do know that having one does not in any way mean you will not go on to have many healthy, happy children to hold. Take care. {{hugs}}

Your post is surely sad. Please don't lose heart. what was destined has happened. Please have faith and talk to your doctor about what more precautions you can take next time. I feel that you will have a healthy baby next time. Its my instict.

No matter how far along you were when you miscarriage that was stil your baby dont let anyone tell you to get over it, you can have another, give yourself time to morn. my 1st baby was full term but only lived for 3 hours,that has been 41years ago its not that it got easier i just handle it different, give yr self time to heal I believe i have so much trouble with her death, because she didn't live because her father beat me when i was pregnant several times, i feel i didn't protect her while she was in the womb, i know i got off track with the subject but i couldn't stop once i got started good luck to all of you
