running isnt somehting i have realy gotten into,though i can see why others like it.
i hear ya about eating habits,am changing mine,getting better and better by the day,I have been doing an hour of callanetics everyu morning for the last week,ive dropped a dress size to a comfortable level.woooooooohooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!
