running isnt somehting i have realy gotten into,though i can see why others like it.
i hear ya about eating habits,am changing mine,getting better and better by the day,I have been doing an hour of callanetics everyu morning for the last week,ive dropped a dress size to a comfortable level.woooooooohooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!
have ya been dancing with ya belly for long:) ?

Well the eating is going well, but I'm just being slug-like. *sigh* Someone kick me in the backside to get me motivated! :lol

I've been bellydancing since May last year, but before that have 15 years of other dance behind me. :-)
