Hi, everyone!

I just wanted to check in and let you know I am doing a lot better...thank God! I still have my days and the grief still sneaks up on me at moments when I am least expecting it, but I am surviving <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

How was everyone's Easter?

Hi Jen,

So good to hear from you! I am glad that you are doing better. Those sneak-up-on-you moments are surprising. I have been thinking about you often and sending my thoughts that you are doing well.

Easter here was a lot of fun. I have four small kids (ages 5, 3, 2, 5mos) and the older three were very excited about the Easter Bunny coming, and going to my dad's for dinner. My dad hired ponies for the kids to ride! It was a terrific surprise for them and my nieces and nephew as well. My two oldest attend a parochial preschool and so we spent a lot of time this weekend exploring how exactly Jesus was able to come back to life. I am exhausted fielding all those questions!

Love,
Corinne

Jen
My thoughts and prayers are with you.... I lost my long time "Soulmate" on the 3th of April and was burried on the 11th. 63rd Birthday would have been yesterday the 19th of April. It's hard... especially, when I hear songs on the radio we both loved... or go eat at someplace we both loved... or, even go to the beach....

Welcome Odie,

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. The magnitude of losing your partner must be overwhelming. I am glad that you found us here. My thoughts are with you tonight.

Much love,
Corinne
