BellaOnline Forums Hobbies and Crafts Crochet Do you have an Ott Lite ?

Would like some input here on the Ott Lites. I have been thinking of getting one but I am fortunate to have overhead flourescents in my craft room that do a good job. Want to know what the difference is ?

I used to have an Ott Light for plants. It burned out and I can not find them again in the stores. I guess that I have not looked hard enough or there was not that much of a call for them so they quit carrying them. That happens sometime. I have yet to try an Ott light for my crochet or knitting.

I have not seen any in my local craft store. I should ask someone if they can get them.

They sell them thru www.joann.com online but they are a little pricey (i'm a cheap person except for yarn) so before I invest in one I wanted to make sure that they are well worth the money.
