If you've ever had an interest in the tattoos of actress/singer Cher, you better take a look now, before they're all gone. She's having them lasered off. the Tattoos of Cher

What is her explanation for having them lasered off?
Also, I just clicked into your article on Angelina Jolie - I have a question: Is she getting the dragon lasered off now? (The one that was under "billy bob" before she got that taken off.)
The last time I saw her with it (I think on some video on TV), it looked like it was in the process of getting removed.
Does anyone know?
Chris

Angelina's "Billy Bob" name HAS been removed, but the arm dragon is still there, at least to the best of my knowledge.
As for Cher, apparently she'd like to have all her skin be blank again.

LOL about Cher. I'm sure it's going to be no small task to have them all removed.

What most people don't realize is that even small tattoos can take the better part of a year to remove and so far all reports I've read have people reporting that it hurts worse than when you get the original tattoos.
I'll be curious to find out how blank her skin can really get in the end or if she has to have other procedures done to get rid of scarring.

Wow, I had no idea removal took that long.
Course, now she can always get a small rear-end lift at the same time and no one will be the wiser. Ooo, that was bad, I know. I'll behave now.

I've heard the same thing about tattoo removal. Maybe she'll have a bunch of "light smudges" then instead of tattoos.
I can understand wanting to remove a tat with the name of an old significant other, or maybe something that you don't like and you got when you were nearly unconscious or something (that your buddy did with a Bic pen and a sewing needle, for example) . . . But I don't really agree with having tattoos removed because, say, "that was a different time of your life," and you don't want people to know you ever got tattoos.
Lives do change, but tattoos (for me) represent a certain time and place in a person's life - and I believe that those remain part of who we are. If some people want to negatively judge you for that (and some people always will!), then too bad for them.
(Well, I'm in the mood for ranting tonight, obviously.)
Regarding Cher's butt - it's already so tiny, if she gets a lift I'm afraid she'll just have legs attached to a back!

BTW, do you advertise on eBay? I'm sure I've seen your jewelry website in the past. Beautiful stuff!
