I saw him when he was first starting out and he was definately a shock. He was playing on a full bill with The Judds, Alabama and a bunch more, it was a long night but well worth it!
When we saw him on the CMA's performing his song for Chris LeDoux it was wonderful to see that energy again. I know there are alot of people that don't care for him, but boy, his energy is contagious and he would be right back on top again.
Does anyone really believe that he is going to stay retired for another 10 years or so? He just married Trisha Yearwood, he's going to have to be on the road with her at least part of the time and that type of rush can't be something that is easy to resist. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.
