Eggfood is sometimes called nestling food or nestling eggfood. Most of the online stores should carry some.
The brand I use is CeDe but many different companies make a similar food. It consists of dry egg, various small seeds, flour and lots of vitamins. I like to feed it dry to the parents who will then feed it to the chicks - but you could also mix some up with a hard boiled egg. It doesn't seem to the matter to the birds either way & I don't have to worry about the eggs going bad in the dish (or in the babys' crops).
I just took a quick look in the food category on the site at
http://www.bellaonline.com/subjects/1105.asp and the first business that I saw that carries a nestling egg food is For Your Bird - but I'm sure that most of the other places do as well.
I'll have to add more explanation into the article about the eggfood. Thanks for asking.
