Parthena, you need to see the movie "Rat Race" - that I talked about over in classical music (one of my articles). It has a narcoleptic in it (it's so funny, I realize the real disease is not, its quite dangerous; but DANG! this is hilarious!)

Coma - some people remember quite vivid dreams after awakening from comas.
