We've been having fun over in the asthma section posting our favorite Christmas Carols & songs. I heard this one on the radio today and of course had to put it up. It's one of those that no matter how many times i hear it - I
still cry!
I have even called up my local DJ here in Atlanta on 104.7 THE FISH and told him that "Christmas Shoes" is a
horrible song to play during rush hour traffic! People can't drive when they are crying. They should only play this song when people are nice and safe behind their desks and have plenty of tissues handy. To my mortification, he actually played what I said on the radio!
Ah well. This song by Newsong just hits your heart. It is
definitely what Christmas should be about. The little boy in the song is focused on one thing; making his mama beautiful before she goes to see Jesus.
Jesus and giving to others - sounds like Christmas to me.
