What a great show! Jason Lee is a hoot.
The first episode I had to make my husband watch it. Tonight he was discussing the Aristotelian philosophy in the show.

I thought it was funny. We finally watched it the other night. We are Jason Lee fans anyway. My husband and I thought it was funny, but my MIL hated it. So maybe it is going to be one of those either you love it or hate it things.

I watched it a few times and I have to say I love it when he ran into his ex and faked his death to break it off! So he had to make it up to her.

It's basically, that the unexamined life isn't worth living. That's what Earl is doing. He's constantly examining his life.

This week's episode was a great example. How should he act when a friend does something wrong?

That list is pretty long and to funny. I wonder how many things he have to do? I remember that faking his death to break up with a girl was 89. I know useless info.

LOL, my hubby says I am the queen of useless information! He also enjoys the show and says that it could go on forever. I have fallen madly in love with Earl...the show is just too funny.

Love the list.

This is now a reason to watch any TV before SVU. It used to stay off until then.

I know but I never saw the first show so I was kinda glad to see it but wanted more of the list. I wanted to watch the office. But I watched the biggest loser and I thought the show was great seeing how much weight that people lost and how happy they are. I was amazed how much weight the guy who went home (pete) lost. They show them how they look today and man he lost like a person and a half. But no more about that I want to know whats next on the list.

Not a rerun last night it was ok, I know the most funny part was when he got stabbed in the leg by the little girl. I wonder if he still have to buy Joy a hot tub?

Nah he didnt buy her one, but she did win it by herself. What if Joy did everything herself with out Earl's help? If she does go out and do everything herself Earl would have helped her. He just drove her to do it. right?

Last night was very good. A simple act--tricking the golfer--had much larger ramifications.

I like that Randy keeps surprising his brother and us with his large heart and acting on things independently.

Has anyone read the description for next week's episode? Joy is getting married on Earl's birthday and he gets drunk and crashes her wedding and breaks her nose! Sounds pretty interesting!

It was just too funny. I love it when he broke her nose. It was just like the Brady Bunch movie. I cant believe that she cheated on Crab Man. He is such a nice guy. "Hey Crab Man, hey Crab Mans Moms."

What a great episode. The decorations were just like something my family would make.

When she said the stain was okay because she was going to bedazzle her initials there my ice tea spewed.

Crab man is nice, but he did have an affair with Earl's wife.

I havent watched anything all week! Thanksgiving had me all confused and stressed out. It was my first turkey and I was nervous about everything and about the food most of all hoping it would taste great. Thank god it did. Plus my days was all messed up. It felt like everyday was a Sunday. I'll get back to the shows next week.

I'm having Earl withdrawls!!! Here is the next episode

WHITE LIE CHRISTMAS
9pm 2005-12-06 ALL NEW!
SECRET SANTA - As the holiday season comes under way a few secrets are exposed when Earl (Jason Lee) attempts to cross number seventy-four off of his list: always ruined Joys Christmas. Earl, Randy (Ethan Suplee), and Catalina (Nadine Velazquez) enter a radio contest to win a brand new car for Joy (Jaime Pressly) to make up for all of the thoughtless Christmas presents Earl gave her while they were married. While Randy and Catalina vie over the car, Earl finds out that Joys parents believe that hes still their son-in-law and that hes just returned from the war in Iraq. Joy is afraid to tell her father, an alleged racist, that she is now married to Darnell (Eddie Steeples), so Earl plays the part, afraid of ruining another one of her Christmases.

The episode with his dad (the great Beau Bridges) was great. It didn't end all sappy, but in typical Earl fashion.

Yep, he is the rubberband man from the Office Max commercials.

Next episode sounds great!:

STOLE P'S HD CART
9pm 2006-01-19 ALL NEW!
CUBICLE LIFE - GIOVANNI RIBISI GUEST STARS - Earl (Jason Lee) does right when he returns a Pops' Old Fashioned Weiner hot dog cart, which he and Ralph (guest star Giovanni Ribisi) had stolen years prior. His good deed is undone, however, when Ralph, working for the competition, sets fire to the cart just as business is picking up again. Earl demands that the competing franchise owner pay the ten thousand dollars to replace the cart, but he refuses, sending Earl and Randy (Ethan Suplee) over his head to the corporate headquarters. Earl tricks his way into a job at the company and proceeds to steal office supplies in an effort to make up the ten thousand dollars. When he realizes that it would take the rest of his life to steal enough supplies, he recruits Randy, Joy (Jaime Pressly), Catalina (Nadine Velazquez), Darnell (Eddie Steeples), and Ralph to get jobs at the company as well to help him.
