The Indianapolis State Court of Appeals has ruled that the judge who told a pair of divorcing Wiccan parents that they could not teach their own child their religion had overstepped legal boundaries.

full article from Indystar.com

It would seem that the judge that initially ruled did so based on preconceived notions of what it meant to practice Wiccan beliefs and it's taken two appeals for these parents to regain the freedom to teach their child their chosen religion.

My hats off to the parents and the Indiana Civil Liberties Union for hanging in there. <img src="/images/graemlins/rolling.gif" alt="" />

YAY I was really relieved to hear that the ruling was overturned.
