I was diagnosed with polycystic ovaries about 20 years ago. I have a few of the classic symptoms, but mainly irregular periods and a spell of infertility. I was lucky enough to be blessed with three children - two on fertility treatment and one conceived naturally - yes, total surprise at 40 and with a ten year gap!!!
