Hi Raleigh! "..Narnia" and "Fantastic Four" were both previews hooked on to "Star Wars". I know there were some
others but I can't remember them at the moment. (It'll probably hit me around 3 in the morning or something!) I've heard some really good things about "Batman: Begins"! If I understand it right, I think the "Island" has Ewan McGregor and Scarlett Johanssen as part of a cloned race, built for spare parts type-thing, they try to escape to a mythical island. It's supposed to have Michael Clarke Duncan and Sean Bean too. (I thought it sounded neat!) I just saw the "Herbie" previews on TV...and was floored to see Michael Keaton on it! Some parts of "War of the Worlds" were filmed about an hour from here. (The news had a story on Tom Cruise giving a few thousand $$$ to a fundraiser for a little girl who had been injured in an accident. He saw a fundraiser jar at a restaurant, opened up his wallet and put whatever he had in it.) I thought "Dark Water" looked like it could be interesting. Is is supposed to be a horror movie? "Charley and the Chocolate Factory"...I was a bit skeptical, but the previews have looked funny. (the whole squirrel thing) Have you seen "Bewitched"? The more previews I see on it, I'm thinking it might be pretty funny!

Hi Tammy! That's so cool that you got to see the Narnia preview on the big screen (i'm sooo jealous!!). I still haven't seen fantastic 4, but i'm not sure if that's a movie I want to see or not. One of my friends got to see Batman Begins over the weekend and he said it was AWESOME! I just looked up the Island - that one looks good too! I went to see Sisterhood of the travelling pants over the weekend (super cute btw!) and I saw the Herbie commercial - the whole theater seemed excited to see it! Plus I love Michael Keaton but haven't seen him in anything in a while. I did hear that story about Tom Cruise and the money for the little girl - I think it was at a dairy queen. Such a great story! I saw a few previews for Bewitched - I think that one will either be a big hit or a big miss. Hard to tell this far out. And to answer your question, Dark Water is a scary movie (sort of a 6th sense type of suspense). You should check out the trailer online. I'm curious to hear your thoughts on it...

Hi Raleigh! I just saw the "Dark Water" preview last night! I'm not sure...I think this one might be a DVD watch for me. It seems like there's so many movies coming out in the next couple months that it'll be hard to choose which ones to see. I agree with you about "Bewitched"! I think it'll be really good or just fizzle out. Everytime I see the preview where Will Ferrell opens the door, the little witches yell "Trick or Treat" and he starts to cry, I have to laugh. But, then again, there are some previews that make you cringe when you see them!

Hi Tammy Yeah - there are a ton of good movies coming out over the next few months! Gotta love summer time I'm glad you had a chance to see the Dark Water preview. I'm really excited about this one. I love this kind of film, plus the cast is incredible (Jen Connelly, John C. Reilly from Chicago, etc...) That one scene with Bewitched cracks me up too. But that's how I felt about Kicking and Screaming (a few laugh out loud parts from the trailer) and look how that one did. Guess we will have to see though! Herbie comes out this week - I'm def. gonna see it this weekend. Any interest in that one? Oh and I saw another Willy Wonka commercial. I can't wait for that one too!

You know come to think of it this year is slam pack with tons of movies coming out! This week alone I have plans to see Madagascar, Batman Begins, and Herbie: Fully Loaded.(Why does everyone want to take to the movies for you birthday?) Anyway I got to thinking I would also like to see Howl's Moving Castle, Bewitched, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Wedding Crashers, maybe the The Island, and that only for the summer.

After I read about Howl's Moving Castle, I wanted to see it but, figures, it's not playing at the theaters here. Wedding Crashers looks like it's going to be funny. (Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson are usually dependable!) I still need to see Mr. and Mrs. Smith and Batman Begins. I'll probably wait until the crowds die down though. Definitely want to see "The Island" and "Fantastic Four" (that whole British actors phase!) so I might have to wait to see Herbie Fully Loaded. It seems like there's something coming out every week this summer that's going to be good to see. "Dukes of Hazzard" I'm still a bit skeptical about though. I just saw the previews for "The Brothers Grimm". It looks like it could be good.

I noticed that alot of the movies that seem to be out are limited release, Which as you pointed out with Howl's Moving Castle, it's not playing at the theaters near you. I have the same problem!

I just saw a different ad for "Dark Water". The one where the mom is trying to get into the bathroom. The little girl is taking a bubble bath and there's another girl in there. CREEPY!! (But good though!)
