If you could live in someone else's body (past or present) for a day, who would it be? And of course, what would you do in that 24 hours and why would you choose that particular person.

There is so many people to choose from! I think I would like to live in Kelly Ripa body for the day. I choose her cause she seem so sweet, funny, and down to earth. I would love to do Live With Regis and Kelly. I would pick on Regis just like she does!(LOL)

Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce Knowles or Alicia Keys! They're all beautiful, multi-talented goddesses who are confident in themselves. They are sexy without being vulgar.

I know a lot of people think it's nothing to complain about, but I'm slender and have no curves. I wish that everything I ate DID go to my hips!

What would I do? Probably take a bath in our stupid garden tub that has mirrors on 3 walls, and then go shopping for some jeans that I actually fill out!

You are going to think I'm strange but my mothers. She went through a horrible suffering when she was dieing. I can't even imagine the pain. When she was suffering I often wish I could of change places with her.

We take for granite how lucky we are. We complain about our body constantly or our appearance. But what if we got cancer and we lost all our hair , or we were in a terrible car accident that destroyed our face or we were 180 lbs and became a fragile woman of 78 lbs.

Or we could be like Jacqueline Saburido http://www.helpjacqui.com/home.htm

Instead of wanting to change our self image to look like some super model or actress we should be happy with who we are.

If I could change places with anyone it would be someone suffering.

AngelEyes is correct. I had to witness a family member die last year, and I also had two other family members die when I wasn't present. From those experiences, we can learn what really matters during our lifetimes.

But on a note just for fun . . . I would inhabit the body of Adrien Brody's current girlfriend. I don't care who she is or WHAT SHE LOOKS LIKE . . . . . (I'm not going to go into what I would spend those 24-hours doing. I'm sure you understand.)

My hat off to you.
Very well written.

Yes, we really do need to be happy with ourselves, although at times it may be difficult/tiresome. Especially if a person is of large size.
Sometimes a bit of fantasy thinking/daydreaming of a "nicer" body image is....okay.

I would have to say..(and this might sound psycho!) Brenda Jackson who happens to be the mother of Dale Earnhardt, Jr. I am a huge fan of his and would love to be able to put myself in her shoes (and body) just to be near him! Hug him, and kiss him and tell him how much I love him!!

I would chose my body when I was younger and before I had my children. What would I do? I'd make sure I'd eat better so I wouldn't have suffered so badly and my children would have been born at a more normal birth weight. Yes, I gave birth to butterball turkeys. Both children were almost 10lbs each and I had gestional diabeties with both of them. I didn't watch what I ate or anything. I was young and stupid back then.
