I've had comments from various readers on The Beer Machine-
It is a "charming bit of engineering" - assembly takes about an hour of work, including sanitization - Many users loved it so much, they decided to make the commitment and stock up on equipment & knowledge after all! Some folks from CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale) like the Beer Machine a lot!
Better than Brew Sack, because Beer Machine is re-usable.
Some prefer True Brew - It is more labor intensive, but makes truly great beer. Some folks from the NYC Homebrewers Guild prefer this one. Maxim chose this, as well.
These are not gimmicks, like crock pots or fondue pots. They actually work!
I have had some comments that, if you are brewing, you might as well get the "real stuff." For about $20 more, you can have all the necessary equipment. You just add knowledge. If you go to John Palmer's
http://www.howtobrew.com web site, you will start with running shoes on!
Cheers!
