I am trying to find a couple of references to address the effect of temperature on alkaline phosphatase when combined with PNPP. I am in particular looking for something that addresses "optimal" temperature. I am a college student, and attempting to do a formal lab report. According to my lab instructions, it appears that the optimal temperature is approximately 37 deg C. Can anyone suggest where I can find a refernce that addresses this?? I have tried google, jeeves, and several online journals, but the information I found is all very specific, and does not address optimal temp.
