Does anyone have a good recipe for pork fried rice? I am making crab ragoon(sp?) for supper and wanted some fried rice to go along with it.
I'm a VERY simple cooker <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />, so here's my recipe:
Cut up chunks of cooked pork and set aside. Cook rice, put in wok with celery, bit of green onion, bit of soy sauce, water chestnuts and the pork----stir over low heat.
Put a hole in the middle of this rice mix, and pour two (depends on the amount of rice you are preparing) whipped eggs in the middle to cook. Keep an eye on it while it cooks. You want it to be like the consistency of scrambled eggs.
Then, mix it all up.
