For a bit of family time fun, try laying out bowls of ingredients for making egg rolls.

Get the wraps at your local grocery store.
I have all kinds of stuff in mine!
I have a bowl of bean sprouts, broccoli, shaved carrots, chicken nicely diced, green onions and a bit of grated cheese.

Have everything layed out and have everyone make there own. It's family fun and good eats!!

The only thing that I can think of is an easy egg foo young (or is yung?).
Eggs, bean sprouts, soy sauce, green onions, a bit of chicken or pork cut up finely.
Put the mixture in a fry pan (Pan sprayed) and poof.
QUICK AND EASY !!!
And, tasty too!!!
