I'm trying to cut back in food intake, so I'm getting a lot of recipes from Weight Watchers and I found this one for egg foo yung that I absolutely love.
For just one serving, I'd whip up maybe three eggs, put in fry pan and then top with cut bean sprouts. Flip it around the pan as if you're making an omelet. SIMPLE.....but oohhh, so good.
You can obviously add ingredients like celery, green onion, a bit of meat or whatever.
I usually cook this up for my breakfast.
But for a dinner, I'd add more to it and then have a gravy with it.
