Hi Everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone would like some exercises described to do fairly inconspicuously at their desk at work - we could call it a gentle moving meditation ...

Thanks Susan. I just did it-it's lunchtime where I am- and guess what? I LOVED IT!!!!! Now I have no stress at all in any part of my body-totally calm and relaxed!!!!!
