Thanks, I love spicy foods! I credit cayenne pepper with keeping me healthy. Whenever I feel I might be getting a cold, I load up on it and it never fails to keep a cold away.
I often eat at a Thai restaurant across the street. I add something called "Chili Oil" to my food. Its gotta be one of the hottest thing I have eaten, and I know I have added enough when my scalp starts to sweat!!
